  11. Poor Man's Metrics is a metrics colletion tool for  C, C++ and 
  12. Java.  It is a helpful way to help track developer 
  13. productivity, manage software projects, and increase software
  14. quality. And best of all it is FREE!!!
  15.  
  16. Some of Poor Man's Metrics many features include:  recursive
  17. processing of files and directories, Java/C/C++ comment 
  18. extraction, detailed output of lines of code (LOC), lines of 
  19. comments, blank lines, and total line count.

  21. Currently Poor Man's Metrics is only available for MSDOS, 
  22. Windows95, and Windows98.     Future versions will include 
  23. Metrics Project Management, GUI front end, and many more 
  24. features.  Poor Man's Metrics features are constantly being 
  25. updated based on information recieved from users and 
  26. information provided by the International Standards 
  27. Organization (ISO9001) and the Software Engineering Institute
  28. (SEI).
